By accessing or using Jetly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. About Jetly
Jetly is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables businesses to manage, automate, and analyze WhatsApp conversations, campaigns, and integrations.
Jetly is operated by Jetly Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (United Kingdom).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use Jetly.
By using the Service, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business or organization, or as an individual with the authority to do so.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Keep your login credentials secure
Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
Jetly is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your account credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Jetly to:
Send spam, unsolicited, misleading, or deceptive messages
Violate WhatsApp policies, Meta policies, or any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or data protection rights
Transmit harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or illegal content
Attempt to bypass usage limits, pricing rules, or security controls
Jetly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. WhatsApp & Third-Party Services
Jetly integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to WhatsApp, Meta platforms, WooCommerce, and other external systems.
You acknowledge that:
Jetly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta, unless explicitly stated
Your use of WhatsApp features is subject to WhatsApp’s own terms, policies, and restrictions
Jetly is not responsible for changes, suspensions, limitations, or enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms
6. Subscription Plans & Billing
Some features of Jetly require a paid subscription.
By subscribing, you agree that:
Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law
Pricing and plan features may change with reasonable prior notice
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access
Usage limits, including messaging volumes and feature access, are determined by your selected plan.
7. Free Trials
Jetly may offer free trials at its discretion.
Unless stated otherwise:
Free trials are time-limited
Features or usage may be restricted
Data retention after trial expiration is not guaranteed
Jetly reserves the right to modify or discontinue free trials at any time.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
Your use of Jetly is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, and protect personal data.
You remain the owner of your customer and business data.
Jetly acts as a data processor where applicable and processes data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in Jetly — including software, source code, trademarks, branding, content, and design — are owned by Jetly or its licensors.
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, or resell the Service
Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use Jetly branding or trademarks without prior written consent
10. Service Availability
Jetly strives to provide reliable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may:
Perform maintenance or updates
Modify or discontinue features
Temporarily suspend access for technical or security reasons
Jetly is not liable for service interruptions or downtime.
11. Suspension & Termination
You may cancel your account at any time.
Jetly may suspend or terminate your access if:
You breach these Terms
You misuse the Service
Required by law, regulation, or third-party platform policies
Upon termination, access to the Service and stored data may be restricted or deleted.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Jetly shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Actions or decisions made by third-party platforms
Jetly’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Jetly harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
Your misuse of the Service
Your violation of laws, regulations, or third-party policies
Content or messages sent using Jetly
14. Changes to These Terms
Jetly may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
