Attempting to bypass message limits or pricing rules

Collecting or processing personal data unlawfully

4. WhatsApp & Third-Party Platform Compliance
Jetly integrates with WhatsApp and other third-party services.
You acknowledge that:
Your use of WhatsApp messaging is governed by WhatsApp and Meta policies
Jetly does not control WhatsApp enforcement actions
Account restrictions or bans imposed by WhatsApp are outside Jetly’s control
Jetly is not responsible for penalties, suspensions, or losses resulting from violations of third-party policies.
5. Monitoring & Enforcement
Jetly reserves the right to:
Monitor usage for compliance with this Policy
Investigate suspected violations
Suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts without prior notice
Remove or block content that violates this Policy
Enforcement actions may be taken immediately to protect the platform and its users.
