Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs how you may use Jetly (“Jetly”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and forms part of our Terms of Service.

By using Jetly, you agree to comply with this Policy. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Jetly provides tools to manage, automate, and analyze WhatsApp conversations and campaigns.
This Policy exists to ensure the Service is used legally, responsibly, and in compliance with platform rules and applicable laws.


2. General Use Rules

You agree to use Jetly only for lawful business purposes and in a manner that does not harm Jetly, other users, or third parties.

You must:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Follow WhatsApp, Meta, and third-party platform policies

  • Respect user consent, privacy, and data protection requirements


3. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Jetly to engage in any of the following activities:

3.1 Spam & Unsolicited Messaging

  • Sending unsolicited, bulk, or spam messages

  • Messaging users without proper opt-in or consent

  • Repeated or excessive messaging that may be considered harassment


3.2 Deceptive or Misleading Content

  • False claims, impersonation, or misrepresentation

  • Fraudulent offers, scams, or phishing attempts

  • Misleading pricing, promotions, or guarantees


3.3 Illegal or Harmful Content

  • Content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, or violent

  • Promotion of drugs, weapons, or illegal services

  • Content that exploits or harms minors


3.4 Intellectual Property Violations

  • Sharing content without proper rights or authorization

  • Infringing copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights


3.5 Platform & System Abuse

  • Attempting to bypass message limits or pricing rules

  • Circumventing WhatsApp or Meta enforcement mechanisms

  • Interfering with system security, APIs, or infrastructure

  • Reverse engineering or exploiting vulnerabilities


3.6 Privacy & Data Misuse

  • Collecting or processing personal data unlawfully

  • Sharing or selling personal data without authorization

  • Violating data protection laws such as UK GDPR


4. WhatsApp & Third-Party Platform Compliance

Jetly integrates with WhatsApp and other third-party services.

You acknowledge that:

  • Your use of WhatsApp messaging is governed by WhatsApp and Meta policies

  • Jetly does not control WhatsApp enforcement actions

  • Account restrictions or bans imposed by WhatsApp are outside Jetly’s control

Jetly is not responsible for penalties, suspensions, or losses resulting from violations of third-party policies.


5. Monitoring & Enforcement

Jetly reserves the right to:

  • Monitor usage for compliance with this Policy

  • Investigate suspected violations

  • Suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts without prior notice

  • Remove or block content that violates this Policy

Enforcement actions may be taken immediately to protect the platform and its users.

7. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this Policy may result in:

  • Temporary account suspension

  • Permanent account termination
